Yesterday, I listened to a video from a coach I worked with years ago, sharing that the coaching industry carries much deception – that many coaches present themselves as perfect and sell the concept of perfect:
💰 Perfect finances
💞 Perfect relationship
💫 Perfect body
Yet they do not have embodiment in what they sell.
As I listened, it became clear to me…
they were describing what I call the lower and middle realm grids.
The grids we embody as coaches (and humans) shape the realities we create and share with the world.
- ✨ Higher Realm Grids:
Are coded with ↠ love • abundance • soul light • unity • peace • compassion • truth• joy
Here, our growth is towards our divine soul light, higher service & source light embodiment
We are free to be ourselves.
We create our realities with purity and truth.
We are empowered by our light and truly empower others 🫶
- ✨ Middle Realm Grids:
Are coded with ↠ not enoughness • competition • obsession with success/money • judgment • control
Here, our growth is towards status, money, freedom & power.
We are not empowered by our own light, and we seek power/control externally – Often over others ( consciously or subconsciously )
- ✨Lower Realm Grids:
Are coded with ↠ fear • scarcity • guilt • shame
Here, our Growth is towards freedom in any way and means possible.
We feel out of power/control in our life.

And so I invite us all to even more compassion, because…
when souls operate primarily within the middle realm grids, they are coded with not enoughness.
They feel driven to prove they are enough –
so they wear masks, pretend to be perfect, and present a more “successful” image than they truly embody.
I too, once lived in the middle grids and did not know another way of life existed.
I did not lie or sell codes, I didn’t embody – yet I was obsessed with being No.1 & obsessed with making millions because I subconsciously & at times consciously – didn’t feel enough 🫶
Over the years, I’ve worked with many coaches and seen the immense pressure to appear perfect in order to sell.
💰 Money & biz coaches struggling financially while claiming 7-figure success
🌸 Abundance coaches living in scarcity and competition while preaching “abundance codes”
💞 Relationship coaches with partners having affairs
🏋️♀️ Body coaches secretly battling drug and alcohol addictions
These realities are not “wrong” – they simply reflect levels of consciousness.
To truly embody the higher realms is the journey of ascension we are all on. ✨🫶✨
When coaches operate from middle or lower realm consciousness, they are not yet walking their highest mission and abundance path – even if they appear financially successful.
These middle realm teachers exist because there are people whose consciousness matches theirs.
If we hold not enoughness, judgment, or scarcity within us, we naturally attract mentors and realities that mirror that vibration.
But when we go within…
When we release the lower and middle realm grids and create our own higher realm grids from within…the deception dissolves, and truth, liberation and soul freedom is anchored 🫶

I now know with all my heart that our highest service to others is our own ascension.
As we embody higher realm consciousness,
we walk our true timelines of service, freedom, and abundance.
This is a path of embodiment,
a path of the ascended master 💛
I have been consciously walking my ascension path for 25 years,
investing over $2 million in my consciousness and skill set to serve others.
And still – my core soul mission is my own ascension & it always shall be 🫶
Because true success in our mission and life cannot be accurately measured by:
- how many sales we make, or
- how “perfect” we appear to others.
It can, however, be known to us by how much of our soul light and higher realm consciousness we truly embody. 💛
