Some of the best things that have EVER happened to me came from situations that looked like failure.
My first marriage ending.
Burnout.
Low sales months.
Even a group of clients believing my team and I were evil robots sent to sabotage lightworkers. 🙈
None of them were failures though…
They were powerful initiations.
I think so many people are afraid of failure, or even just getting it wrong, and it stops us from living our highest mission reality & life.
Yet guess what?? I don’t actually believe in failure. 👎
To me, it’s simply be a path that didn’t quite work, a lesson that will serve me forever, an opportunity to change/upgrade something, or a deep initiation into a new version of me.
Some of the most powerful transformations of my life have come from things that, at the time, looked like they had gone terribly wrong. 🙃
Yet the truth is…
My first marriage didn’t fail.
It became an initiation into true self love that eventually led me to Ryan, and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t feel deeply grateful I have him. ❤️🥺
And the low sales months in my first business?
They initiated me out of scarcity and fear and had me build better systems, while becoming the version of myself who can maintain abundance consciousness, doesn’t freak out, and can hold my full mission enterprise with grace.
My burnout in 2015 became a portal out of the “overachiever who can never sit and rest” version of myself, into a version who can receive abundantly and live free.
And then there was 2021. 🙈
A bunch of clients thought my whole team and I were evil robots sent to sabotage lightworkers because a lower realm channel told one of them this, who then told a few others, and they all freaked out.
You seriously couldn’t make this stuff up. 🙈
But even THAT became a massive initiation.
It taught me to stop trying to rescue people, have much stronger boundaries, and get much clearer on my avatar and who I was actually excited to serve.
I think when we make failure mean something terrible about ourselves, we become afraid to try.
We stay in situations that don’t serve us for far too long and don’t take the leaps our dreams are asking us to take because getting it “wrong” feels too dangerous.
But what if instead of saying:
“I failed.”
We said:
“I’m being initiated…
Something here is asking me to pay attention, self reflect, learn, and potentially make a different choice or take a different action.”
Because what looks like failure is often a powerful portal into a whole NEW REALITY if we are willing to look for the lesson, find the gold, and then actually do something with it. 💛
I know we would all go after our dreams with so much more freedom if we weren’t afraid of getting “it” wrong and the word “failure” lost its current meaning!
Please share your thoughts on this and any stories of your own initiations…
I would love to hear. 💛
Much love,
Gaby
