There is an old story told across the lands…
of a great storm, and two beings who met it very differently.
The sky darkened.
The winds began to rise.
And all could feel… something powerful was coming.
A cow stood upon the land, uneasy in her body.
When she saw the storm rolling in, she turned away from it…
and began to run.
“To escape it is to be safe,” she thought.
So she ran…
and ran…
and ran.
But the storm followed.
The faster she ran,
the longer she remained beneath it.
The winds chased her.
The rain poured over her.
And what may have passed quickly…
stayed with her for far longer than it needed to.
🐮🦬
Not far away, a buffalo stood upon that same land.
He too saw the storm approaching.
He too felt the power in the air.
But instead of turning away…
he turned toward it.
He lowered his head.
Steady. Grounded. Certain.
And then…
he walked straight into the storm.
The winds met him.
The rain fell upon him.
The thunder echoed around him.
But he did not run.
He kept walking.
Step by step.
Breath by breath.
And because he walked into it…
he passed through it.
What could have lasted hours…
passed in moments.
And when he reached the other side,
the skies had already begun to clear and the sun was shinning.
🐮🦬
And so the elders say…
The storm is never the problem.
It is how we meet it that matters most.

There is a subtle distortion in the spiritually awakened world…
that alignment means we should feel calm, blissful, and expansive… all the time.
But the truth is…
The outside world will not always feel comfortable.
Especially in times of great change… like right now.
Whole systems will shift or crumble before us.
People who were once close may leave our field. ❤️🩹
Our mission… our purpose… may begin to take new forms.
Deeper layers of fear, scarcity, and old identity will rise to be released.
And at times…
these changes will press against us.
They will stretch our nervous system.
They will challenge who we think we are.
They will ask us to let go of what once felt certain.
And in those moments…
It can be easy to run like the cow.
To move into reaction.
To contract… to question… to let the lower mind take over. 😵💫
But this is where our mastery lives.
Not in controlling the storm…
but in choosing how we walk through it.
🫶🏻
Because the souls who are here to create…
to lead…
to bring new realities into form…
Are ‘not’ the ones who avoid discomfort.
They are the ones who, like the buffalo,
turn toward it.
Who built a relationship with the unknown.
Who can stand in the winds of change
without losing themselves.
Who can feel everything…
and still choose their creation.
🔥
Every moment of external discomfort
is an invitation…
To stabilise a higher frequency within.
To hold your vision when it’s not yet reflected.
To stay open when it would be easier to close…
To lead yourself when the world feels uncertain.
And the more you choose this…
The more your system recalibrates.
The more your field stabilises.
The more your reality begins to reorganise
around your creation… not your reactions.
✨🍃
This is true alignment.
Not the absence of the storm…
but the ability to walk through it.
To meet it, & to become stronger within it.
To emerge on the other side…
Anchored in who you choose to be.
🫶🏻
So take a moment now…
Look at your life.
Your mission.
Your next edge.
Where are you avoiding
what you know is yours to face?
Start there.
Choose the path that feels uncomfortable…
and walk into it.
Because that is the path
that leads you into your highest realities.
💛
