One of the things that hold business owners back, is that they don’t prioritize working ‘on’ their business like they prioritize working ‘in’ their business. Meaning, if they got to be in the business working with clients, they’re on to that and they won’t plan around that. If something urgent pops up, they’re not gonna ditch their client and go handle that. Where as often, if they haven’t planned out what they want to achieve, why they want to achieve it and they are committed to getting that stuff done, quite often their to-do list drags on and on and on and they get literally distracted by urgent other things…
