Life truly is a wonderful collection of memories… and today I experienced something I shall remember forever 😊
I just rappelled down a 120 foot Waterfall…
And it was truly incredible 🙏
I stood at the top, my heart beating fast, I could not see over the little cliff I was about to rappel down…
& Suddenly I remembered,
Eeek!!! I’m afraid of heights 😂🙈,
“What the crap where you thinking Gaby, this is insanity 🙃!!” I thought to myself
Yet a stronger inner voice said…
“This is not insanity …
This is precious!!
This is profound !!
This is exquisite !!
Be present with this, truly let go and disappear into every second of this – receive this “
And, so I did 💜🙏
