At times we go on a little bit of a journey (through contrast), so we can declare “NO” to something we’ve been tolerating.
This year I’ve gone through huge shifts.
I’ve shifted to new realities, new planes of existence, that have more love, more kindness, more compassion, more peace.
And, the way to this lovely destination was through some contrast.
Sometimes we think contrast or lower vibrational experiences are failures in some way, shape or form.
Yet, quite often, they’re actually the most direct path, and the most aligned path for us to get to a place where we can say a SACRED NO ✋🏼 to something or someone we may have been tolerating on a small, medium or large level our whole entire life.
Over the years I have said a SACRED NO & realised people from my life that were not kind, loving, compassionate, and had the same level of genuine thoughtful consideration and care as I had.
I have released people who would drop into scarcity, jealousy, narcissism, entitlement and pretending to care about others when truly they only care about others when things are working out well for them!
And as a result I attracted more and more people with HUGE hearts who love and support me unconditionally and life simply flows beautifully with them around.
I have said a SACRED NO to co creating with people who get aggressive and have narcissistic programs & a SACRED NO to those who imagine the worst and project all sorts of disrupted hologram realities into me!
And I have chosen to co-create with those that are in their highest vibration & in their heart fields & are coming from love and true divine service to others!
Why do I share this?
Because, our mainstream world is pushing and poking & we each get to choose to say a huge SACRED NO ✋🏼
Will we? as a collective, tolerate being told what to do, and allow ourselves to be bullied??
Or will we say a SACRED NO & let go of our attachments to the 3D realties, and create a NEW WORLD!
Sometimes us humans need a little push to do things differently and what is happening around our beloved planet can be that push!
There are 2 things that hold me in higher vibrational frequency in these times on earth & I would love to share them with you and also hear your ways of staying anchored in higher consciences 💜🙏
1. PLEASE PLAY THE LONG GAME- NOT THE SHORT GAME!
As we look around, especially in BALI, NZ or AUSTRALIA, we could think to ourselves
“Crap, things are not great, is all the inner work working?? Are millions of people truly waking up??? Or is this going to just get worse ??? “
And I would love to remind you that the mainstream media is not disclosing soooo much and altering the truth so the narratives being shared paints a picture of their choosing, because we are ALL powerful creators and if we all buy into a narrative, we co create it into existence!
And …. The New Earth is not being birthed from the old one
Meaning, we are not fixing the current (old) earth!!!
We are creating an alternate and new earth!!!
So don’t look to the current & soon to be old earth for a glimpse of the future!
Is us, who are co-creating the future!! & co-creating a new earth!
And so we can dream of a new earth and take aligned action to co-create it!!
2. CREATING A NEW EARTH, MEANS WE LET GO OF THE OLD ONE
And that means, we create…
New Medical systems,
New Schools,
New Currency,
New Communities,
New ways to do business,
New… EVERYTHING!!
And over these next years we will see more and more people activating their soul missions and creating this new alternate world!
And for those of us that do not feel we fit into the existing world, we can choose to leave it, and move on!

I soon I am excited to launch a non for profit online School for kids where kids can access teachings on how to be a multidimensional being and co-create their life with their souls and soul / star families 🙏🎓✏️💫
Even though horrible things may be happening on “the mainland”, in the third dimension realities, our beautiful choice is to stay within our heart, to stay connected to our soul, and play the long game.
We a can say a SACRED NO, ✋🏼 with peace in our heart, remembering we are eternal sovereign beings 🙏
We can say no, and still be in our heart consciousness. We can say no, without spiraling into lower realms, into alternate realities, where everything around us is horrible.
We truly can say no with love in our heart.
