This year is such a powerful year for those of us who are remembering that we create reality with the frequencies we choose to co-create with.
Many souls have chosen a theme or a word for this year that guides them.

Another way to code up our 2023 grid is to consciously choose the frequencies we create with and are guided by.
To tune into the versions of self we wish to embody and isolate the frequencies that those versions of us are guided by & attune to.
Being guided by a frequency simply means that in every moment we look to that frequency for guidance and take actions in alignment with that frequency.
This year I once again choose to be guided by ‘love’ and ‘abundance’, and I am adding the frequency of ‘vitality’ and ‘peace’ to the mix.
I also choose to create with the frequencies of play, wonder, humility, appreciation, & adventure again as I love these frequencies and the realities that co-create so much. 🫶
