As content creators, we have the chance to re-code the internet with higher frequency & light codes, and therefore stabilize higher timelines and realities!
3D (old world) marketing teaches us to push the ‘fear’ & ‘pain’ points to call in clients…
That is because all 3D Templates are dualistic, and that means pain & fear are big drivers in 3rd density realities.
In short, a lot of humanity is still fear & pain motivated, so connecting to them with fear or pain based content works!
However, pressing the pain button in others doesn’t always inspire action…
Yet, it can cause them to contract their energy because it activates pain in them, and that can send them into lower timelines where they entertain a negative narrative for a quite a while and not enjoy life on earth.
I truly deeply believe that if we desire to create a new world that is stabilized in 5D consciousness… & 5D consciousness is beyond duality, where duality is harmonized & unified.
The new driver becomes our dreams, aspirations & soul desires.
Where as a collective we choose to have Love as our guide, & we choose to let go of dualistic consciousness & embody more divine unity consciousness…
We as content creators can make a huge difference when we let go of fear & pain based marketing & play with aspiration & dream based content!
Because that kind of content expands the energetic field of those who receive the content & activates love within them.

💫 Leadership beyond hierarchy means that every soul on the team is appreciated & honored for what they bring to the mission, regardless if they hold a leadership role or a support role, each soul feels valued & loved.
💫 3D leadership is birthed in hierarchy and takes away people’s power, because it sends energetic hooks into them. Therefore, they feel disempowered and feel they need the leader around them to survive and thrive.

Light coded content is aspirational and describes “The new desired realities’ our soul tribe are excited to shift into!“
Therefore, literally has each soul who reads or watches send their divine creation life force energy towards that desired reality and calls it into physical form!
We all know that the realities we focus on are the ones that we create!
& so when we create content about the realities that are desired, instead of those that are not, we get to co-create a new world!!
That means that we can feel into the frequency of the content we put out and ask: “Is this message & its frequency a match for the world I wish to create?“
And we post the content that’s message & frequency feels a match for the new earth & our soul mission…
