The current energies are bringing so much to the surface!
At each cycle of Gaia’s ascension, we are exposed to higher frequency photon light 🔅
The higher the light frequency, the more dormant unprocessed emotions come to the surface for us to process, so we can embody and stabilize more higher realm light.
For those of us who got very good at storing unprocessed emotions deep down in places they could not bother us, it’s time to process those deeper emotions so we can embody more soul & source love, light & abundance.
And if you are currently feeling a variety of lower light emotions, fear, anger, sadness, shame, guilt, worry…
Please remember that this is not because you are broken, or that the inner work you have done wasn’t enough, & this in no way means you suck at life, or you are doing anything wrong. 💛
It simply means that you are evolving, ascending, and fully transforming.
Lower light emotions, or emotions of separation ( meaning emotions that have us be in the illusion that we are separate to source light ) are linked to old and outdated and/or non-organic programs within our subconscious.
As we process the emotions, the old or non-organic programs leave outfield so we can fully embody our divine multidimensional soul consciousness & be sovereign creators of our realities 🫶
