Take space to receive it all 💛
In the past six weeks, Gaia has been going through a
Tremendous DNA upgrades, and so have we.
If you are feeling energetically, mentally, physically, or emotionally full from all of these upgrades, then remember to take space just for you.
Space means time just for us, to be in our own energy ( even to go into a room & be with ourselves, if we live with others ).
To nurture ourselves, hydrate, and ensure we have all the nutrients our body needs to fully integrate these profound cellular upgrades.
I know that for many of us, April was a bit of a write-off month, and we didn’t get as much done as we planned, mainly because we were busy transforming at a cellular level 😉.
Many of us were super tired & hungry and processing lots in April – ( and some of us are still deep in this DNA upgrade process ) –
Yet please remember that allowing full integration of the upgrades received is an act of abundance and expansion of receiving 🫶
And many of us are still feeling tired because we are to take some space and fully integrate!
To trust that our “to do” list is not going anywhere, and we have all the time in the universe to action it 🥰
And that transforming at a DNA level is currently at the top of our “Souls to do list” 😉😌.
So please take space & be in your own soul frequency as much as possible for a few days.
Fully rest, rejuvenate, and receive all the gifts of April’s upgrades 💛
When we create space to just “be” 🧘🏼♀️& “underachieve” 😉, we allow the light codes to embody more gracefully.
It usually only takes a few days of taking space to fully receive these powerful upgrades & integrate them, & then we are filled with profound inspiration and create amazing things in our new timelines 🫶
Some of the tips I channeled from my soul family years ago, that have been amazing for integrating huge upgrades are :
1. Take space & be in your own energy, lay down, open your heart to receive all the light being shared with you now, Then open all your atoms (like flowers blooming in spring) & receive into them all the light & upgrades with full appreciation 💛
2. Receive fully all the gifts & let go of any resistance or desire for it to go faster, always receive it all with deep appreciation 💛🫶
3. Go into nature as much as possible and ask Gaia to support your cellular Integration 🌏💛
