Creating a true, abundant mission enterprise has more to do with our nervous system and our capacity to hold our highest vision than strategy.

There are two major patterns I’ve seen play out over the years..

The flight response 🤯 and the freeze.🥶

Flight tends to get quite a lot of traction by having us go into go, go, go, go, go.

As much as we can get a lot done, we tend to create realities where we are absolutely exhausted at the end of the week.

We jam-pack too much into our lives, are constantly overflowing with things to do, and feel like we’re forever chasing our tails.

Or… what we build doesn’t seem to feel quite right, so we recreate and rebuild and rebuild, going from one thing to the next to the next, never really being able to fully anchor deep roots with what we build… 🤯

The freeze nervous system response 🥶 is where there’s lots of overthinking, too much time passes before action is taken…

We co-create with the illusion of perfectionism, and we do not fully claim our codes, our authority, our expertise & our light.

It can feel like taking one step forward and seemingly three steps sideways.

And even with all the knowledge, all the wisdom, and all the strategy, there’s still not a great deal happening or changing in our physical world.

The freeze response will keep collecting data, keep collecting skills, and yet not build much of their mission architecture because there’s simply too much overthinking happening.

The irony is that the flight response will absolutely, on the surface, look like it’s getting a lot done..

It will have good results every now and then too.

And the freeze response tends not to have as much physically to show for all its study and all its actions.

Yet both of them are still the nervous system not truly being able to hold the vision and that’s why the flight or freeze defence is activating.

This has become one of my deepest areas of mastery, because I’ve spent years walking this path myself.

I’ve experienced both, the go, go, go and the periods of over-creating, over-giving, holding too much, and building faster than my nervous system could comfortably hold.

And I’ve also experienced the moments where a greater vision was present, yet there was still another layer of capacity that needed to be embodied before it could fully anchor into reality.

Over the years I’ve devoted thousands of hours to understanding how we expand our capacity to hold more light, more abundance, more visibility, more responsibility, more clients, more mission and more life.

Today I have the honour of leading an incredible mission enterprise, a non for profit foundation, global projects and beautiful communities of souls all around the world.

And what I’ve discovered is that our greatest visions do not simply require more strategy.

More often, they require us to become the version of ourselves that can safely hold them. 🤍👑🍃

Because when our capacity expands, our reality expands with it. ✨🤍🪽

Even if we face challenges we can stay calm and keep moving forward with grace.

We stay connected to our soul intelligence, the frequency of abundance, and take the most aligned action towards our vision consistently.

The flight does not activate so we can slow down and becomes more present to create with greater precision, and the freeze no longer clouds clarity or has us spinning in inaction.

This means we simply build one fully aligned architecture after another until our mission enterprise is rooted and prospering beyond our dreams.
