Energetic hygiene is so important, not only when we are serving souls, but in the realities we are creating for ourselves. 🪽✨
It’s about looking after our own energetic field and ensuring that the frequencies and energies running through us are actually ours.
Because our energetic field is part of our creation field.
The energy we hold, the frequencies we allow into our field, the thoughts and emotions we continually run, and the energies we pick up and carry from other people all become part of what we are creating from.
So energetic hygiene is also about regularly clearing, purifying and resetting our own field, releasing what isn’t ours, and consciously choosing the frequencies we wish to create our next timelines from. 💛🪽
And when we serve other souls, this becomes even more important.
It’s about looking after the energetic field that we serve souls within.
Creating grids. Setting up portals that clear energy, purify energy and reset energy. Clearing and resetting the space after big, deep energetic release work. And offering beautiful integration fields for our clients.
In this video, I share more about how I look after my own energetic field and how I set up the energetic spaces I serve within.
If you feel called to greater energetic precision, join us inside Soul Magic & Mission Temple, where you’ll take a journey to call back so much of your soul’s intelligence and wisdom around navigating the quantum field and co-creating with energy.
So you can hold your own pristine energy within your body, consciously create the timelines of your choosing, and serve others within the highest grids possible. 🪽✨
